After pre-cleansing, cleansing and toning, apply Vita-Peptide C-Quence Serum 4 and follow with Antioxidant Defence Cream morning and evening.

Use for a minimum of 1-2 bottles before progressing to Vita-Peptide Intensive Serum 4 Plus.

Best if used within 10-12 weeks of opening.
