Other than a slight change in colour and appearance, the quality and effectiveness of the supplements remains the same.

Directions / Holly's Tips
Advanced Nutrition Programme advises taking 4 capsules a day for a minimum of 14 weeks, after which you may wish to reduce dose to one or two a day for a further few weeks.
Works really well to clarify complexion if you struggle with hormonal acne or rosacea. From teenagers (16 and older) to menopausal!!!
