  1. Pre-cleanse, cleanse and tone with your preferred products.
  2. Apply Antioxidant Environ Defence Crème Plus over/in conjunction with your recommended Vita-Peptide C-Quence Serums 1-4 Plus.
  3. Use morning and evening.
